Stayed here for 2 nights, all the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are basic but very clean and comfortable. Lovely themed rooms and buildings. Plenty of parking spaces. Only down side was the breakfast was extremely busy as many other people from different hotels use the restaurant for breakfast.

Our room was immaculately clean, basic but did perfectly for one night, very uncomfortable beds but the linens were lovely and the room was warm! You could hear everything being produced in the toilet above us and a lot of banging of external doors so it wasn’t the most restful but not all guests are considerate and that’s not the hotels fault! The staff are exceptional as are all Disney staff so absolutely no faults with the service!

Rooms give a rustic vibe but feels very dated but was good for what we needed which was to sleep. 3 of the 4 nights we stayed the door mechanism wouldn't work so wasn't great having to walk outside in minus temperatures to the other side of the hotel to get maintenance to come fix the door and to let us in when all we wanted to do was get in and rest after a long day of walking around the parks. The kids loved the free hot chocolate machines at the end of the corridor which was good.

Staff is nice and the location is great, but only book this hotel for the extra park time you get. The rooms are gross and some things are even broken. Not worth the price at all.

Really pleasantly surprised! I'm a bit of a hotel snob and often insist on a minimum of 4 stars but I was so impressed with Santa Fe! Room clean and well maintained. Bathroom fresh and newly decorated. I have stayed a few times in the cheaper 4 stars options near Disneyland such as Grand Magic and Dream Castle and I would say Santa Fe is absolutely better for rooms, location and most importantly the transportation!! Bus to and from parks was much less busy than the alternative hotels mentioned above and security swept the bus after every service as well as keeping a close eye on the crowds getting too pushy after the fireworks in the evening. Would saty here again simply to avoid the trauma that came with taking the bus for the cheaper non Disney alternatives. Highly recommend. Great value. Check in a little slow but that's my only slightly negative feedback
