Questions about getting to Disneyland® Paris by Coach

Can I book with a deposit?

Yes! You can book with a deposit of just £125 per person. You can then pay the remainder of your balance easily online in instalments.

Can I reserve front seats?

Front seats can be reserved for £15 per seat. for UK Breaks and for £25 per seat for European. Many of our customers are eager to pay to secure the front seats. There is no obligation to pay for the front seats and you can be seated elsewhere on the coach free of charge.

Can I choose my seats?

To secure your seats you can pre-book to reserve them for £5 charge per seat. This will guarantee you that you will be seated by those travelling with you.

Is there a luggage limit?

Yes. Each passenger is allowed one medium-sized suitcase weighing no more than 18 kilograms (40 pounds); we cannot carry any additional luggage items. Also, we cannot accept responsibility at any time for your personal hand luggage. Each person may also take one piece of soft hand luggage with a maximum dimensions of 45cm x 35cm x 20cm and maximum weight of up to 5kg. Briefcases, hard-shelled cases, hard-shelled rucksacks and bags with wheels are not permitted inside the coach and must be stowed in the luggage compartments underneath. Hand luggage should be placed under the seat in front of passengers or in the overhead compartment; hand luggage cannot be placed in the aisle or stair wells, nor may luggage be left on spare seats.

Will I be seated with my party?

Although we endeavour to seat parties together on occasion, we are unable to guarantee this.

When will I find out my seat numbers?

You will find out your seating plan with your final confirmation up to 7 days before departure.

Do your coaches have a toilet?

All coaches that we contract have a toilet. Please note that due to their tank capacity we would suggest they are used sparingly. We also ensure there are adequate comfort stops scheduled within our journeys.

Will it always be the tour coach that collects me from my chosen pick-up point?

Not always, in certain circumstances we utilise smaller transfer vehicles (sometimes called Feeder vehicles) to operate pickups; these vehicles will transfer you to join the main tour coach. We do this to offer a wide range of pickup points and to keep overall journey times for the tour coach to a minimum. We may also use an interchange for your tour, whereby you will be collected from your local joining / pick up point and taken by either the main coach or a feeder vehicle, to a central interchange where you will transfer to your tour coach to travel to your holiday destination. Please note: if you have booked front or reserved your seats, these only apply once you join the main tour coach.

How do I make my dining reservations?

You can call the main Disneyland Paris Restaurant Reservations team on 0330 123 1645 and Option 4 or book your tables on the Disneyland Paris App. Please note, you do not need a Disney reference to do this..

We strongly recommend you make a reservation as early as you can, to avoid any disappointment.
