NOT a quiet resort so if you plan on coming here for relaxation or work, maybe reconsider. The walls are super thin so you can hear everything going on at all times unless you ask the front desk for a fan to drown out the noise. They also have boats honking their horns every 5 minutes to announce their docking but it’s super loud. Construction is going on currently (as of March 8 2025) so there are constant drill noises. Besides for them vacuuming rooms at 5:30 in the morning, this is a super luxurious resort with outstanding staff and restaurants all around.

The club level room was lovely. The space was clean and the breakfast provided was ok. I did wish they would have basic scrambled eggs and bacon for the kids. The egg omelet with sauce on top is more for an adults taste.
The decorations were also nice. Boats and nautical theme items were found throughout the hotel and a “captain” greeter was a friendly addition.
The concierge services were also good.
Will stay again!

The hotel is in the perfect location lots of things to do really nice pool and the beach club is next-door. You’re allowed to use it as well. It is pricey, but what you’re getting is quality and the people that stay there are of the best quality. You get what you pay for. I like how close to Epcot and the boardwalk. It is a lot of fun. The rooms were super clean in the hotel was amazing. It’s pricey, but it is extremely worth it.

This hotel was very, very nice. Service was great. The best things about this hotel in my opinion is the gigantic pool, and the fact that it’s only a 5-10 minute walk to the International Gateway (EPCOT).

Stayed here for work. I’m not a Disney person so my review is purely based on hotel and comparison to my many travels.
3 star hotel.
Very dirty room- baseboards were black, so that tells me it hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time.
Water smelled when you turned on sink
Turned on heat and my room started to smell like animal urine.
Pro: nice staff
Cost: laughable. You can stay at an actually 4-5 star resort for the same cost.
